My complaint:
I just woke up this morning to this email from shopify stating that they terminated my shopify store comfy-cozyleggins.myshopify.com for violation of Acceptable Use Policy, i can’t even believe this is happening and I’m completely broken by this, i lost 1000$ in ads that were running to a closed store during this night.
The most important thing is that there is not a single reason in the world for why my store should be closed, it is fully compliant, the product sold are winter tights! they can be found everywhere, is the most harmless product and is being sold by so many shopify stores, every piece of content we had on the store was made by us, literally not a single reason for this to happen and i need shopify to look into this immediately and solve it, I’m willing to take this into legal matters and is outrageous that shopify did this to a client that use the platform from 3 yrs and generated millions in revenue which means i made so much money to shopfy.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my store that was closed for no reason!
