Shopify complaint: over 2 hours asking for help and no one answers

My complaint:

i answered ad they had for trying a credit card reader and when i was thru i had a 2nd store. I tried to go to my site and they had a sign on it saying closed check with support and support will not answer except foe text line to go to stor and delete it can not go to store because they have it closed. I am so frustrated that i am ready yo lose what i have involved and just walk away

Suggested solution:

just need back in store and help in getting 2nd store gone there are some good advisors there but can not get to them
