My complaint:
money has been deducted from Edward English who was a minor and still has a minor age 16 on the 11th of June 2023. Edward is incapable of understanding or agreeing to any such contract which is strictly prohibited under the rules of the platform. Money which has been deducted was awarded as a bursary to Edward for his travel for the academic year beginning September 2023. He is now unable to travel to school. This money must be refunded as a matter of urgency or else, legal proceedings shall be taken within 48 hours.
Suggested solution:
refund the full amount of money ASAP
