My complaint:
My payments have been on hold for 3 days now and I have had no communication with the risk team in 2 days, they have £17,000 of my money on hold and I can’t fund advertising or inventory. I cannot dispatch products to customers due to this.
The customer service is terrible and shopify should not be-able to hold money for so long with no communication
Suggested solution:
Not hold 100% of the payments leave some foe use to keep the business functioning and advertising. The way shopify have handled my situation is appalling and very un professional
