My complaint:
I am making an official complaint against shopify support for failing to provide the service i am paying for as per contract.
You have been asked numerous times to pass to technical support and each time you refuse and instead a non technician does a quick test order and says no issues with site even though there is issues as customers have pointed out and the huge drop out rate clearly shows!
I wish to make an official complaint, i will also raise this online to depts in canada as you are illegally breaching your contract with me by failing to provide a service as agreed, also you are breaking the law by not providing a complaints proc
