My complaint:
Every month I continue to get charged for Apps that have been cancelled and uninstalled on my store.
I reached out to Shopify weeks before my account was overdue. They wait until my account is frozen to address my complaints- at which point I am forced to pay my bill in order to even get back into my account.
Plus they have been overcharging me $50 every month for the last 9 months- when they banned me indefinitely from using Shopify payments.
All in All It was a total of ~550 they owed me.
I went ahead and paid my $220 in effort to open my store- then they hit me with another $220 bill (which they didnt mention before) still forcing me out of my account.
Suggested solution:
They should refund me for ALL of the overcharges from past bills, the current bill and unfreeze my account. And give me a credit going forward to make up for all the sales I missed.
