My complaint:
I own a small cleaning business.
I opened a shopify account 3 or 4 days ago. I started getting money through it and as soon as I was getting paid for my services through it I get a email telling me that my payouts have been blocked and to submit some required documents. so I did that right away .. after I submitted them I spoke to shopify support and was told that they approved my documents but aside from the documents that i submitted and were approved now my shopify account is going through a onboarding review which is normal from what the shopify support told me . I had a payout date of 11/02/2023 I checked a few hours after I spoke to shopify support and now I have no payout date so if the onboarding review is normal then why has my payout date been changed to no payout date? I work hard for my money. Im a honest hard working guy just trying to make ends meet and on my way through life hopefully make some people smile along the way. I have emailed shopify support over and over again asking what is going on. Why has my pay out date change from 11/02/2023 to no payout date have got no reply and no response. I need my money from my shopify acccount to pay my bills or i go under and so does my small business. Super frustrating and completely unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
Release my payouts so I can get paid out on the original pay out date 11/02/23
Please. If I don't get my payout my bills go under and so does my small business which is my lively hood.
