My complaint:
shopify banned me from using Shopify payments and banned me from my payouts which were over 1000$. i run a digital download store how are they considering me a fraud when people literally download my product right after paying? there is proof of that.
when i complained to chat,a after a while. a staff promised me to process the payout and to refund me ASAp and to review my ban case.
suddenly, someone else enters the chat and says no, you will not get your payouts and no review decision is final!!
