Shopify complaint: Taking $$$ Twice a month and seeing nothing wrong

My complaint:

I have been working to get Shopify to explain why I am being billed twice a month. The kicker is after I have paid my $$$ for the month, there are no less than 5 attempts AFTER Shopify has been paid they are back in my account for more money. It got so bad I had to move it to a prepaid card so I could monitor how often they were getting paid. They sent me a statement showing I paid for the month and was charged AGAIN later that month.

Suggested solution:

I want my credits and have this billing issue resolved.
