My complaint:
On March 8, 2022 I placed an order with Upraised which used the Shopify purchase portal. Two pairs of shoes size 9 were ordered @ $59.99pair. The order totaled: $119.98. On Shopify it states, order placed and order number is: 1038. Since the above date there have been no other shipping or tracking updates on this order from California.
I have attempted to reach the business however, the website is no longer online.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be reimbursed for the $119.98 from Shopify for this bogus vendor misrepresenting unavailable goods for sale.
