My complaint:
Case number Your ticket ID is 29910290. I’ve had my store for a year plus and no issues until now I start to make money they st art playing around with my livelihood you took a payment And then blocked it ive shown every proof in history to say the payment is authorised and the customer even sent a declaration ive message every day and get told it’s been dealt wait not good enough I had to refund the customer they are still waiting for there money refund there money what could possibly take so long then way I’ve been treated as a merchant is unacceptable it’s small business that make. Shopify money so you should do your job
Suggested solution:
Refund the customer order 1107 and stop holding on to the money before I tell the customer to contact the bank and pursue a fraud charge back stop pending REFUND
