My complaint:
I am owed a 29.45 dollar refund from Eight Vape for an order that was canceled on June 17th 2021. Eight vape did not give me my money back, blamed this on Shopify saying my funds are tied up with you guys, and they won’t help me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would like my money back.
Suggested solution:
Please issue my refund. I have emails, receipt and proof of eight vape refusing to help me, and telling me that I have to contact you guys even though I'm the customer and they are in business with you. Also I think customers should be made aware of the nightmare that eight vape puts customers through. I have never dealt with anything like this. Its ridiculous.
