My complaint:
Room were book for 070921 – 07122021- this room was book and pre paid paid for prior to arriving.
Provided credit card for any damages to the room only, since the room was pre paid. the rep. stated the card is needed for only any room damages.
When I checked my acct. the Sheraton charged my card in additionally to charge the pre paid card.
When I called to speak wmanagement they told me they see where my room was prepaid and I will receive my funds back in my acct. within 5 -10 days.
The Sheraton has not refunded my funds to my acct. and it’s been over a month to get this resolved. I called the Sheraton to inquire about the refund. Now they can’t find any records or ation I provided. At, this time they are not acknowledging my concernscomplaint.
I will be take this up with legal action.
Suggested solution:
The Sheraton should REFUND the funds back to my acct.
