My complaint:

I would like to file a complaint from the hotel I stayed there July 2 and 3 2019 paid for my rooms and I was done two days later July 5,2019 there was an unauthorized charge to my card of $100 then they are unable to refund it back have to wait 3-5 business days but I’m from Louisiana came to Dallas for 4th of July what a horrible experience

Suggested solution:

I would have liked to have a refund back for the money but instead I’m stuck in Dallas for a few more days I think the company should have acknowledged the inconvenience they put me and my family through
