My complaint:
Guys, first, I can go a cheap hotel and get free wifi. Secondly, I can walk in any coffee shop and get wifi free and easy
Sheraton wants to charge you for wifi. Wifi is like electricity. Would you charge your guests for electricity? (I know you want to).
Complicated to sign in for wifi: name, room number, number of days….give me a break…leave the wifi open like any coffee shop
