My complaint:
during this pandemic I’ve decided to take my kids for a fun day, we arrived to the hotel in the evening ,the receptionist was very rude his name was David ,Gave us very bad service and attitude, after he gave us a bad room which was dirty which is unacceptable for this cover situation, and not a falls view which I’ve paid for,I had to drag my kids downstairs again to ask to change the room, they did that with a big attitude.
not even sorry or anything.
It is very acceptable,Ive paid good money in this bad economical situation but got only bad service instead
Suggested solution:
they should've just be nice and respectful, check the rooms properly if its clean, and give us a room according what we had paid, at least manager call to say sorry, or employee apologize,Ive could call inspection and they would close the hotel how dirty was the room.
