My complaint:
I was in my room 1614 just got out the shower on july 11,2021 standing naked about to put some deodorant on when my door opens up and four guy’s came in. I was shocked i thought i was about to die thinking this only happens in the movies. But on their part it was a mistake made at the front desk they had said they gave them a key to my room and said it was theirs i was mad and called and went down to the front desk so once there the manager apologized and asked if i was ok he then gave me my refund back for the room.But i feel he shouldve done more those guys walked in and saw me naked i felt some kinda of way about that.
Suggested solution:
I think i shouldve also got a 3 day credit voucher because at this point time my view of the Sheraton New Orleans hotel is a negative one because what happened my life flashed before my eyes i thought i was going to died then for them to see me naked yeah i feel they should have done more
