My complaint:

Hello SirMadam,

My name is J.W. Park and my Bonvoy is 735632374 and I have been staying Sheraton Incheon hotel for many years because was very comfortable to use executive lounge and nice staffs such as Sena-Kim, Ja-Kyung Kim, Ji-Eun Choi, Hyo-Jung Kim, etc..

However, now I am raising official complaint against your hotel, Sheraton Incheon.

Yesterday (Aug. 29, 2021), I checked in your hotel, Sheraton Incheon.

I booked a suite room in executive floor for two nights but there was long lined up when I arrived at 5:30PM at hotel. There was no independent line for express service for executive floor but it was OK.

However, I was so disappointed when the staff told me the seat for happy hour is fully booked and not available happy hour for me.

Why it is not available ? My room already includes executive lounge services. What is difference bt. regular floor and executive floor ? Why executive floor is more expensive ?

Furthermore, there is no executive lounge but you keep hotel room reservation for executive floors. If you wanna keep it then you have to provide corresponding service same as lounge service. But, I was refused to use happy our service. It doesn’t make sense to me!!!!!!

You got over booked but I never heard about over booking for executive rooms.

I asked her many times to prepare rooms for happy hour, rather convinced her that I have never and ever experienced this kind of ridiculous situation but she kept refused me.

Eventually, I went out of the hotel for my mill but the restaurant was a little far from hotel, it also made me uncomfortable.

Your hotel messed up and spoiled my trip.

So far, the complaint was not solved and I will never comeback unless you improve the hotel system and professionalism of your staffs.
