My complaint:
I ask for a low floor and I get room 341 roof view the lady checking me in should say it’s a roof view u ok with that? Get to room no hand towels no privacy door sign no laundry bag and the AC only goes to 68. Try calling for help no one answers and I tried several times. Go to fitness room to check out and saw hand towels grabbed some there and then go down to front desk ask for other things I expect at my stay. Looking around to find something to eat all bar and restaurants closed at hotel they r like there r places down the street being dark and by myself didn’t feel safe doing that. Then they tell me there is a pub at the Westin and it was a 10 min walk down some long multiple hallways by myself little spooky. When u are older person with pains a 10 min walk hurts the hotel shouldn’t advertise bar and restaurant on website if shut down please refresh and update website. I stayed here for easy access to Civic Center BJCC and there are not clear signage pointing correct walkways to civic center that needs updating too I did see one sign but not clear where to turn again I think they change word to arena but should stick to BJCC. So I am not very happy this morning on my 3 night stay.

The maid needs instructions hey don’t forget laundry bag, privacy sign, and hand towels.
The maintenance men came very nice and did a courtesy temp lowering after I had go downstairs got my walking in someone should always answer phone if short staffed hire one more I saw 2 folks checking people in there should be some kind of a answering service to leave a message then when they get free up they can check voicemails and handle complaints
The sign pointing to arena add BJCC so people know where to go I saw folks wandering
around and asking where is ?? Like I was
U got to have some kind of shop serves some food even if it’s 5 food choices or a place grab fruit yogurt something beside chips and candy folks need eat take meds
