My complaint:
Good morning I was a temporary occupant on the following dates Nov 13-15 of 2020 as a 1 guest room at this listed location for the Iron Muscle Competition NPC, my complaint would have to be in concerns why my information was given to a Molly Nicole Smith (Mansfield) in regards to my FOLIO that included my full address my last 4 of my card and a plethora of other disclosed information about me. now, mind you there is an open recorded video that was obtained to the USMC from her in recording the information with out any acknowledgement as well as her email information obtaining my Transcripts, this individual has an active restraining order against her for various crimes that are disclosed. i am extremely disappointed and very concerned that my information was given to this individual in the matters of my overall safety, and privacy being violated. (this recording was recorded by a Molly Nicole SmithMansfield with her son of 1 years old sitting in her lap with another individual sitting off to the side of her).
Suggested solution:
I would respectfully request a formal apology letter for the actions that have been taken and that whoever she spoke to in regards to my information be terminated from occupation. I can email the information
