My complaint:
Only one order has been refunded out of the 4. Attached the UPS receipt for the return showing that the package was 10.65 lbs which contains the below: Total of 7 items. I have been refunded only for the shoes. I expect to be refunded for the 3 dresses, the 2 suits and the shirt. I have spent thousands of dollars with your company and expect to be refunded for all my returns.
Please note I will be contacting my credit card and escalating this if I don’t receive my refunds this week.
