My complaint:

The app says that the package has been delivered and received, but I didn’t receive it. I don’t know who has it, and the system can’t help me out with this problem. I want rather my money back or my order. Please help. It’s not my fault that the package man or whoever delivered it in the wrong place.

Suggested solution:

return the money or deliver my order
