SHEIN complaint: Received wrong couldn’t figure out how to communicate that on website or return item as it was a free ship ppriced below minimum return price.

My complaint:

Order breezy winter summer dress for a island cruise but received black winter pants. Just want my original order.

Suggested solution:

I just want what I ordered. Frustrated because I can’t figure out how to report problem or get my order resent.
