My complaint:

I received the order on 11 May and paid by cash but noticed all received dresses were low quality so made return exactly based on Shein SOP on 12 May and requested for Refund the payment.
During last 4 months, Shein always apologised but not willing to refund and each time coming with new excuses when their verification email has technical problem and not working and unfortunately send with virus !!!

Suggested solution:

Refund my payment and cover all caused headache and problems that made for me
