My complaint:
Instead of me having them to refund my money back to my Paypal account I accidentally agreed for them to give me a store credit almost a year ago I decided to use my store credit just recently and they are telling me to send them information to verify the order at first they ask for ation of the order or in my ID I sent that five times now they’re asking me to send them the last digits of my credit card that I purchased the order off of and I sent them an email several times stating I didn’t use my credit card I use the store credit so how can I give them a credit card I never use credit card they are starting to cancel my order which is fine I just want my phones or my items
Suggested solution:
They either need to send me my items and I will never shop with them again or send me my funds and I will never shop again they can send it through gift card I don't care but they shouldn't be allowed to keep my money because I cannot send him a credit card which I didn't purchase my things with a credit card
