My complaint:
My parcel was delivered in the early hours. It was put over the garden gate and remained there until I found it the next morning. It rained throughout the night and as the bag has holes in it for safety reasons the stuff inside got wet.
Suggested solution:
In this case you probably can’t resolve my complaint. Maybe going forward delivery drivers should be given customer service training.
