My complaint:
I had a message saying that my parcel had been delivered this was at 10.30pm. There was nothing delivered when I looked. Hadn’t got to neighbours. The picture of proof is completely wrong. Live tried all ways to get in touch with you. I want a refund or them delivered. Evri supposed to have delivered them. I’ve been in touch with them too. Could you sort this please. Thank you.
