My complaint:
i order number is: 6G57749474296
the mail service that were suppose to recieve my order told me that ,the order has already returned but shein ,refuse to refund and keep lying that the mail services (in france) haven’t send it back.
so , i gave them , a proof (picture below) yet,shein refuse to refund me and refuse to acknwolege that the order is already returning to them.
the order came in france the 17TH of september and i even when there to collect it the 28th of september and they told me that it was already sended back and i even came back the 1th of october to get it but the mail service told me that it was no there anymore.
Suggested solution:
to pay me back
