My complaint:

I contacted Shein customer service many times regarding some items from my order and they keep closing the service record without any solution.
I order some diamond paintings with women figures but they came with a very blurred design. I thought by making them they will look beter but they look the same. I have to trough them away because they are poorly manufactured.
I bought many diamond paintings from their website and I know to make the difference.
I contacted them 3 times but they keep ignoring my request. Being a very loyal customer I find this disrespectful. Shein should not sell poorly made items.

Suggested solution:

There are 7 diamond painting in total that are bad manufactured and I think I should get at least for 3 of them which have very blurred design a full refund and for the rest at least 50% off if not a full refund.
