My complaint:
I received an sms from Buffalo Logistics to say that my package will be delivered today (16Aug2021). The entire day went with no sign of the courier company arriving at my residence. When I checked the tracking number on Buffalo Logistics, it says ‘Return! Reason : delivery unfinished’. I received no phonecall, sms or email saying that the courier company even arrived at my place. What should I do now?

Have my goods delivered or issue a full refund.
