My complaint:
I ordered school clothes from Shein to be delivered to my home . Got a notification on the 11th of this month that it had been delivered. It was bever delivered to mh house. But TC they won’t say what address it was delivered to. DHL was the delivery company and it has nothing on their website either. Today is the day it was supposed to be delivered but customer service isn’t open until Monday.
Suggested solution:
I need to be refunded or sent back my order through a different delivery company. I need clothes for my son to start school.
