Securus Technologies complaint: Can’t add money, say it is the merchant

My complaint:

Well I call my bank,they say no problems with them.was always able to use my cards online from the comfort of my home for years now,until I had a fraudulent charge,and not with them,(them being securus and jpay,they are together,securus the inmate calling,jpay to send money to inmates)with a visa,so got a new visa card,well said can never use that card with them???really stupid here why not? So can’t use jpay at all anymore,have to go to town,which ok I will deal with,well now can’t use any cards for securus, wants me to go to town use money gram to add money to my account,not sure how to do that.I was able to use my MASTERCARD for many years, but I did go to Walmart and tried to use my Mastercard to send moneygram to jpay,because I transferred money from my bank in Oregon to Ga so I could use the Mastercard, well after a week you’d think the money would be in the ga acct.well wasn’t so card declined, so used my visacard,(why are my cards good enough to use with moneygram, going to securus and jpay,but not jpay app online from home,or calling securus from home?????) so guess the reason I can’t use my MASTERCARD anymore with Securus over the phone now???which makes no since,because I had the money in there for sure when I tried to call securus to make a payment.THEY SAY THE PROBLEM IS WITH MY MERCHANT,MY BANK,SO CALLED THEM BOTH,BANK IN OREGON, BANK IN GA..NO NO PROBLEMS ON THE BANKS END..AND TO PROVE THAT,I USED MY MOMS CARD,SAID THE SAME THING,MY MOM CALLED HER BANK TOLD THEM ITS OK FOR ME TO USE, STILL CAN NOT USE..VERY UPSETTING, AND FOR INMATES, THEY LOOK FORWARD TO BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS,MONEY,SO WHY MAKE IT SO HARD,I HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING TO THE STORE,THIS WAS A PLEASANT PROCESS, NOT ANYMORE..WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON??? PLEASE HELP TO FIND OUT.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME,CONCERNED MOM

TO FIND OUT WHY THEY SAY ITS THE MERCHANT, I CALL THE MERCHANT THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS GOOD,CAN SEND MONEY.WAS SENDING MONEY THROUGH JPAY APP FOR YEARS AND USING SECURUS OVER THE PHONE PAYMENT FOR YEARS.FIND OUT REALLY THE REASON WHY THIS IS HAPPENING ALL OF A SUDDEN AND FIX IT ON THEIR END.
