My complaint:

I downloaded their ap, put 20 dollars in and cannot still receive calls from it loved one. They have zero customer service and no way to get my money back. They are the worst company ever by ripping families off in the first place with their unjustified exorbitant fees, then of course what I just told you. They have defrauded me and I have no recourse. If I wish to speak to him, I’ll still have to go thru them as they are a complete monopoly.

Suggested solution:

Either refund my money in full, or allow the exorbitant call to go through. Very simple.
