My complaint:

I BOUGHT NEW WASHER AND DRYER WITH WARRANTYS AND 4 MONTHS LATER THEY BOTH BROKE I CALLED SAMSUNG AND THE THE STORE WHERE I GOT THEM IT’S BEEN THREE MONTHS OF NOTHING A LOT OF LIES WITH COVID OUT THEIR SHAME ON YOU !!!!!
