My complaint:
i am a longh time custmer of samsung i buy everthing samsung but not any more. I traded in my phone on 1st of feb and then in March the deactvate my phopne and says i sent the worg phone in when i placed to order the rep told me witch phone i had so on thus 318 they trun my phone off and said i needed to pay some money to get it back on 214.00 so ii am the payment on 3-21 abd it now 326 and still not able to use phone i am about to lose m y job becouse i dont have a phone and wass out 600 for hotel becouse no gps to get home.Samsung does not care about therew cutmers
