My complaint:

I got the z fold 2 from Verizon and the extra warranty.thr second time I opened the phone the screen got a weird line thru it .so Samsung hade send them the phone .10 days later I had to call them they said that we did something to it or got it wet .they said they won’t cover it.so because they said that Verizon insurance said the same thing .I get it back with a huge bubble in the screen and when I called them again they said we must have gotten it wet.and now when I call there hella rude won’t talk to me and say the warranty is void
I paid 1200 dollars for a paper wait no one will talk to me they are the rudes people they straight calle me a lier said all of us are lying about the phones.i want my money back or the phone fixed or a new one.i didn’t even get a loaner after I explained that was my business phone .was told that’s not there problem I will never do business with them again

Suggested solution:

Eather replace it give me my money back pluse composition.
