My complaint:

I had problem with my phone first i had engineer come out and fix my phone but after few days I had the same problem then I sent phone back to get it fixed by dwd and been told I will have bak in 10 days and its been 10 days I haven’t had phone back rang samsung and they sayn the repair centre not answering call. The day I booked the phone to get repaired staff at samsung refused to do sed its not under warranty and she was very rude over the phone . And today when I ran to aske about my phone guy name tom sed he rang the repair center but they not answering his call and sajsted the he can give me there email and phone number I have to call them if I want update on phone and I asked him if I can speek to management he refused and sed he his the highest and there isn’t any 1higher then him and he is not gona log in my complaint.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get compstion for the stress and anxiety been caused and my time been wasted.
