My complaint:

Ordered a TV from the Samsung Shopping App. Once the order was completed, I was informed it would deliver 28. Then I get a notice that it is on backorder and now will deliver 21022. I get another notice that it will now ship on 28. Finally, I receive a notice on 0126 that it has shipped via UPS tracking number provided and will arrive 21. Four times I had to request a personal day off and cancel and re-request. I want to be home for fear of theft from my porch. I tracked delivery 227 on UPS and it states label created, no other information available. I tracked again 128 and no status change. I ship items daily at work using UPS. When the driver picks up my items, it is scanned, and the tracking trail begins. I need to know if it is going to deliver for sure 21 or do I have to change my day off request yet again. I call Samsung and get an agent which whom I can barely understand due to her heavy accent. I explain to her the purpose of my call and relayed the UPS information to her and asked if the box was picked up yet from Samsung’s distribution center. Agent proceeds to put me on hold to track package, gets back on the line and proceeds to regurgitate to me what I already knew. I restated that I am trying to determine if the package actually left the dock. Agent started to repeat UPS info, so I hung up. I cannot call UPS because they will advise me to call the shipper.

Suggested solution:

Get a warm body to walk down to the dock, check the shipping manifest for 12622 and verify if the box physically left the building. If it has then Samsung needs to start a claim with UPS and in the same stroke ship me another TV.
