My complaint:
bought a tv at wallmart 2 weeks later tv had sound and no picture tried to reset it and nothing worked.had to return it and find a new one which they did not have.this was very inconveniant and was very surprised a samsung tv broke in 2 weeks
Suggested solution:
give some compensation or something
