My complaint:
I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years. I have had the Galaxy Note 8, Note 9, and as of last year, the new 5G Galaxy Note 20 ( unlocked) in which I purchased directly from the manufacturer. But now I feel like Samsung has not only betrayed my loyalty but has financially robbed me. What I mean is last year I spent over $1200 for an unlocked 5G Note 20 only to discover last month that now that same phone is no longer compatible with my carriers network due to ATT discontinuing the 3G network. Now how a 5G phone is dependent on a 3G network I don’t know, but apparently this one is one is. On top of that I now discover that Samsung discontinued the Note 20.
Suggested solution:
Replace my now useless Galaxy 5G Note 20 (unlocked) with a functional (unlocked) Galaxy 5G S22 Ultra.
