Samsung complaint: Product damaged on delivery, products not installed

My complaint:

I have ordered refrigerator , washer dryer from samsung.com website (US509842728) with installations. They have delivered it but they did not installed the dryer and not connected the water inlet to refrigerator. Also one of the panel was dented. It’s been 6 days and I am still not able to connect to samsung customer care team..they are just transferring the calls and making me wait for hours together. Not reacting in twitter too..diverting me to same customer care number which is taking hours . I have paid $3600 and still waiting to be heard from them.

Suggested solution:

Deliver as promised and as paid. Replace the panel and give me my second set of free bespoke panels. And provide me $2000 additional coupons as a penalty.
