My complaint:
To Whom It May Concern:
I bought a brand new Galaxy S22 from Germanos located in Parikia, Paros, Greece.
I was sorry to find out that the device was defective since people who called me complained about missing parts of words or whole phrases of what I said.
Having changed this device with another one (brand new once again ), I was disappointed to find out that nothing has changed.
Also, having followed all the suggestions made by Germanos regarding device upgrade, change of Sim card and so on, these is nothing else I can do on my behalf to fix the problem.
I look forward to receiving your suggestions and reply.
