My complaint:

I’ve seen that there is a discount ($100 off) when bundling Galaxy watch 5 Pro and buds 2 pro, however I can’t see this discount in my cart before checking out.
I contacted Samsung through the chat and they said that the discount had probably expired but they forgot deletingupdating the website. There was no due date related to the promotion.

Suggested solution:

They told me they could give me the announced discount.
