My complaint:
I ordered link gold ring on December 14, 2023 . On my app showed it was delivered but I look and ask neighbor none one received my package. I call Saks off they told me they will investigate and open claim . After 15 days they send me email denying my claim . I made several calls and emails sending them prof my door but they still repeating that they can’t refund since carrier shows was delivered , I requested to show me proof of photo that was delivered. They send me photo of some other door . I called again and send email showing my door but still no resolution. I called customer service today to get answers they keep repeating same thing ( sorry your claim was denied and case is closed) I ask to speak to manager she refused to transfer since they close the case . This is a big nightmare and never experienced to be treated this way as a customer. Saks off has to do better it’s frustrating and upsetting I have to loose $500 just because they’re not taking responsibility or higher reputable carriers to do job properly. Very disappointing
