My complaint:
In December I had no windshield replaced the tech that came out to replace it broke my windshield broke through my plastic clips under my windshield wipers did not put no seal around the top of my windshield. Have called customer service twice took my vehicle to Fort Walton to have it fixed twice the manager never even ordered the parts to fix it and told me that the only thing that he would replace would be the windshield wiper in the motor not the plastic piece it’s been too much in my vehicle still is not fixed we’ve done our part by trying to contact Safe Life to have my vehicle fixed and it’s we’re just getting the runaround
Suggested solution:
They should fix what their employer done.
