My complaint:
I purchased a Windshield from Safelite in October of 2021. The representative pushed for me to purchase $60 windshield wipers. They are falling apart. I called today and they stated they were out of the 6 month warranty. I do understand the Rules however I am in the Customer Service Field and exceptions can be made based on the individuals circumstances.
Suggested solution:
I would like a new pair of wipers sent to me.
