My complaint:

MY FLIGHTS TO ROME IN APRIL WERE CANCELLED AND I CLAIMED A REFUND.
RYANAIR SENT ME AN EMAIL ON 27 MARCH ACKNOWLEDGING MY REQUEST FOR MY REFUND.
I AHVE SENT DOZENS OF EMAILS SINCE BUT AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND

I have been waiting since middle May for a refund. They are publicly posting that all refund requests have been processed, but from my experience it seems to apply only to the issuing of vouchers for their flights and not to cash refunds. Ryanair customer service does not respond to messages about this. They keep on sending a voucher notice, which was never requested. Furthermore., they provide a “refund” option which, when selected, does not work! This is yet another example of many concerning this unprofessional carrier.
