My complaint:

Our holiday has been held to ransom by Ryanair
for an additional fee of £210 to change an flight from this coming September to September next year, loop hole for the charge is that we booked last December, at a unprecedented time with the covid situation, ordinary people trying to just get by from one mouth to the next I believe this is displicable behaviour

Suggested solution:

the change to the flight was £15 each for the party of three, this is what we expected to pay, we what a refund of additional charges, nothing mote only what is right and fair
