RyanAir complaint: Ryanair stoop to new lows

My complaint:

In March we had a holiday to Lanzarote booked with love holidays which included a Ryanair flight, no problem getting a refund for the hotel, but as usual Ryanair dragging they’re feet and no way of contacting them.
3 days ago I got an email from Ryanair saying 3 days to go for your flight to Alicante went through my emails and the only flight I have is October, and apparently there’s accommodation booked through them for 2 people, I haven’t booked anything with them, I certainly wouldn’t have booked accommodation through them, I got no ation of a booking previous to the 3 day countdown email, so the only conclusion I can come to, is they had no intention of refunding the first flights and booked me on something else to make sure they don’t

Suggested solution:

Just refund what they owe £459
