The hostess asked me for measuring my bag. It was fitting. She said I was pushing to match and made me pay. I complained as I always travelled with that bag, I lost my priority boarding as well I had to add extra money. That is were she started being bossy, sarcastic and rude saying that it was my fault and I shouldn’t have tried to save money in the first place.
I asked for her name, she refused. I asked to talk to the manager. When he came and I explained the situation he said I was standing right behind you which obviously was a lie as he took him a few minutes to get there.
This was gate 86 flight for Ancona. 5 of September
You should fire this people. Besides the rudeness the Manager attitude was incredibly annoying. He lied to my face laughingly.
Also besides the fact that this is an unacceptable behaviour I want my money back at least. I don't see why give an extra £25.
